Sizing Down

Inside the walls of our office, you will find Dr. Kirk Reichardt’s wife, Missy, helping others transform their physical health and wellness. Missy operates her own business called Sizing Down Weight Loss and Wellness, and she is a health coach for Ideal Protein to encourage better nutrition and a healthy lifestyle.

Unlike many diet protocols out there, Ideal Protein focuses on viewing food as medicine when pursuing a weight loss journey or stabilizing your weight. This program is built on three phases:

• Phase 1: Weight Loss
• Phase 2: Stabilization
• Phase 3: Maintenance

The goal of Ideal Protein is to work on improving your blood sugar levels by burning fat and retaining muscle mass. As a coach, Missy provides empowerment sessions to keep you accountable with your goals and access to protein-based meals you can enjoy at home.
